International orders outside of New Zealand are sent via Australia Post. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Timings vary depending on destination. If you need further details, please contact us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, Lily & Mitchell are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note by emailing us at info@lilyandmitchell.com.au within 28 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn.
