Express Post: Australia
Australian orders are sent with Australia Post Express Shipping. Orders placed before 2pm are sent out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are sent out the following morning. For Australian postcodes within the Express Shipping network, you will generally receive your order the following business day. If you require more specific timings, please contact us via email or phone.

3 Hour Delivery:
Available to addresses within 20km of our Mosman location. If the service is available to you, the option and price will show at checkout. Prices are based on distance from our store.
Order by 2pm AEST Mon - Fri. Orders placed after 2pm will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
Please make sure you will be at home to receive the delivery. Parcels cannot be left unattended and will be returned to us if no one is at home to accept the delivery.
You will receive tracking via our shipping partner Rendr.
Same Day Delivery:
Available to addresses within 50km of our Mosman location. If the service is available to you, the option and price will show at checkout. Prices are based on distance from our store.
Order by 11am AEST Mon - Fri. Orders placed after 11am will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
Please make sure you will be at home to receive the delivery. Parcels cannot be left unattended and will be returned to us if no one is at home to accept the delivery.

New Zealand:
Orders going to New Zealand are sent with Australia Post Express Shipping. Orders placed before 2pm are sent out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are sent out the following morning.
Orders over $300: Free
Orders under $300: $20
Other International:
International orders outside of New Zealand are sent via Australia Post. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Timings vary depending on destination. If you need further details, please contact us.
All international orders: $20 Flat Rate. Please note: You may have to pay customs in your destination country.
Presentation
All purchases will arrive beautifully packaged in designer branded packaging and can be gift wrapped if required. You also have the option of adding a gift message in a gift card of your choice, if you would like your purchase to be sent directly to the recipient.
